Frequently Asked Questions
All our orders are sent within 48 hours of payment. SunChild uses Australia Post, which can take between 3-5 working days to deliver within Aus. For delivery internationally please allow 6 business days for shipping. You will receive an order confirmation, with tracking number. For more specific ETA's on Domestic locations, we recommend using the Aus Post Calculator. If a product you order does happen to be out of stock, we will contact you immediately.
If the product is faulty or does not match the description we offer a refund once the product is returned within 14 days of receiving.
Please email us firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of the deck if it is faulty or a reason for the return and we will advise the shipping address for the return. The deck must be returned within fourteen days of the purchase date.
SunChild respects your privacy, we don’t disclose any personal information about our customers. Any personal details such as your name, address and email address are only collected for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Emails provided to our mailing list, are only used to keep you informed of any special offers, new products and general news about SunChild.
